These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlein ("phlein," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlein online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the phlein website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phlein, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phlein's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
phlein reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To register and use phlein, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
phlein reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access phlein's gaming services, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are strictly prohibited from registering more than one account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlein reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
phlein is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. phlein may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. phlein reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlein login credentials. You must notify phlein immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phlein shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
All financial transactions on phlein are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phlein accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card deposits may also be available subject to applicable limits.
Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited on phlein. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your phlein account dashboard. phlein processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
phlein reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting documentation of source of funds. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns. Funds deposited on phlein may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
phlein may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonuses are credited to your phlein account in bonus funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. phlein reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate phlein's bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may be reported to PAGCOR.
All games available on phlein are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All phlein games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness and accuracy. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
phlein reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. phlein's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlein and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:
All content on the phlein Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phlein or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any phlein content without prior written consent from phlein. Unauthorized use of phlein's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phlein has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phlein's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlein account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlein does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phlein is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. phlein provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

phlein reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where phlein reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or regulatory non-compliance. In cases of suspected fraud or financial crime, phlein may withhold account balances pending investigation and may report the matter to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.
You may close your phlein account at any time by contacting phlein's support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
phlein collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to phlein's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlein processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
phlein reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phlein will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through phlein's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phlein's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phlein will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
